On Wednesday December 13, four members of the Wolves Chess Team battled it out with 20 other schools in 7 grueling rounds at the Lower Silesia Championships.

On the day we won 4 matches and lost 3, all to schools that finished on the podium (and we won our matches with the teams that finished in 4th and 5th place). The team was led by Witek from grade 7b of ATUT Bilingual Primary School, who had 5 wins and 2 draws in his 7 individual matches and Hyena from grade 9 of Wroclaw International School, who won 4 and drew 1 of her 7 matches.

A great effort by the entire team, and this experience will only make them stronger in the future!
